“Overall this property is nice. It is an older home with charm but also with general wear and age being by the ocean. The property could use a sprucing up and the kitchen ware is older. There is a musty smell but it is not over powering and expected with the age of the home and its location. My critical feedback is on the management side of our vacation. The company only offers one complimentary toilet paper roll, garbage bag, and paper towel roll, so if you plan to stay longer be prepared to buy……

“Pinch me was perfecto to accommodate my friends and family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space and the teens were easily entertained, playing pool and foosball. The house had a fully equipped kitchen, which made entertaining easy. ”

We loved going down to the park, going to the market for donuts, walking the beach and enjoying the beautiful views. We can’t wait to stay here again next year. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and the host was very responsive to any questions.we loved it! ”

“Plenty of room and our group just LOVED staying here. Only a block or 2 from the beach, right over a cute walking bridge to the beach. I could have stayed for weeks. The host was my ideal host; responsive, understanding and has the best, detailed property manual to handle the house in any capacity. Definitely one of my favorite stays”

“The property was spacious and in a great location for our group of 14. The private beach was amazing! We rented both sides of the duplex, which was convenient as they share a backyard. One unit had a non-functioning refrigerator, but the owner responded promptly. After confirming it couldn't keep food cold, he replaced it the next day. Which required us to have to buy several bags of ice to keep food cold. Unfortunately, the dryer in the same unit also wasn't working and needed replacement,……

“We needed a place for the whole family. This place was big enough for us to spread out. The kitchen was big enough that we didn't bump into each other and the big table held all of us easily. I would highly recommend this place especially in the summer when you can enjoy the swimming pool and the kayaks.”

“We rented a gold cart from sandbridge rentals so that we could get to the ocean safely and quickly but the bay was very pretty, quiet and offered a fishing dock the kids loved.Thank you, it was a great family get away”

“The property is a few blocks off the beach providing easy access to shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. With the exception of a moldy shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom, the condo interior was very clean and well maintained. While the kitchen is a nice size, there could be a few more plates and bowls available for use. It is also worth pointing out that, 21 1/2 street is a narrow alley with very limited space making it extremely tough to get in and out of the parking area. ”

“The well-maintained interior made us feel right at home as we enjoyed one of the last weeks in the summer. The location of this home is perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunsets over the canal, a beautiful pool and deck area, a quiet neighborhood tucked in off of the main road that takes you everywhere you need to go. Highly recommend for families looking to enjoy what Sandbridge has to offer.”
