“This was our first time on the 4X4 Beach and we are in love with the area. We found this house by a drive by the year prior. We read the reviews and booked the house. To be honest we were a little nervous as we have never used VRBO before. We could not have been happier with the host as she answered our questions quickly and politely. She was accommodating and understanding to our needs. The house was the cleanest we have ever experienced as we have been vacationing in OBX for 25 years. ……

“This house made us into diehard Carova beach fans and I cant imagine wanting to go anywhere else in the world besides there, including this particular home. EXACTLY like the pictures, but better. All outdoor areas were amazing, decorated impeccably with seating areas and absolutely breathtaking views. From the adorable surfboard seating area on the 1st floor, to the hammock swing i never wanted to leave on the 2nd, to the screened in porch and open air area on the third, to the amazing crows……

“This was our first time to Corolla Beach and driving on the beach. We didn’t know what to expect with airing down and finding the house! The directions were great and the photos were exactly how the house was! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There wasn’t soap in the bathrooms, but we did find the big bottle under the sink to fill them all. It was so nice having 4 bathrooms all with showers and a tub! The beds were all comfortable and the house provides lots of space for people to……

“Excellent remote location! We rented a 4 wheel drive Expedition and my daughter drove an AWD Terrain across the beach to get to the house. The house is awesome and you'll see wild horses everyday. The closest grocery store is the food lion in town so plan accordingly. The owners have the house stocked very well but book this house and enjoy the privacy and driving one minute to the ocean.”

“This house was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed including beach umbrellas and chairs that we ended up using due to a storm damaging our umbrellas the first day. Cathy was responsive and courteous. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach is uncrowded easy to walk to and can see it from the house. 10 out of 10”

“Amazing house and location! Couple blocks from the beach, everyone was super friendly, water was great (minus the jelly fish on some days). We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub-we did put a large canopy over the end of the pool/step area which provided some much needed shade. Outdoor shower came in super handy. Amenities were conveniently located and prices weren’t bad. Whatever issues we had, Aaron was in top of them and they were fixed immediately. Can’t give enough positive feedback……
