“The house was a shock in how great it was. The host Chuck is also super nice and accommodating.”

“The house has a great layout especially if splitting between two families, each side of the house has a kids room and a master styled room with a bathroom between those two. The living space furniture was quite comfortable and clean. It is a very lovely space. Ignore the baby gate in the panoramic photo I am sharing, as that was brought by us.The neighborhood is very quiet, the beach access is entirely sand and not the concrete planked ones of lower on the strip, which isn't an issue just……

“Beautiful house in Virginia Beach. Very clean and spacious. Close to boardwalk and tons of restaurants. House was equipped with everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! The views from the balconies were beautiful and sitting……

“I actually did not stay on the property because host cancelled at the last minute and put me in another home ( his mother's house) When I arrived there was someone at the house. It was overbooked and host did not even tell me. I had to call. Left me without a place to stay. ”

“When they say less is more, they mean it in such an amazing way! This minimalist little cottage is wonderful for quick get aways or for families that don’t want to be overwhelmed with large properties and amenities. We came for the weekend and were able to focus on just being together as a family and that’s all in part to this wonderful property’s location and ability to provide the necessities; making us feel like we didn’t need to bring a bunch with us or go out and get stuff. It was wonderful……
