“Very pleased with how nice this house was. We chose this location because it was just over the I64 tunnel and we were in town for concerts at the Hampton Coliseum. Really fast and easy to get there and back from the shows each night. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available along with kayaks. House was spacious and well provisioned. “Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good……
