“Property could use some up dating. Has peeling wallpaper and stained tub. Also parking garage is extremely narrow makes it hard to park. Room was nice enjoyed my stay. Would stay again”

“The property was not clean. Dust on fans, counters had a film on them, mold in shower, dirt under beds. Lacking in fire alarms. Ceiling fans did not have all the light bulbs or were burned out. The pictures did not show the true age of the property. We could only get to the backyard through the side fence where someone else had entrance to the 'mother-in-law' suite, so we couldn't let our dogs out there. It was one of the reasons we rented the property. The location was what we expected.”

“Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!”

“Property is clean and neat. However, a tad rundown. Very close to the beach as described and next to the Oceanview fishing pier. Communication with property owner excellent. Overall a good experience.”

“The location and views is 1000% you will go crazy with the stairs in the house. But there is an elevator so checking in with bags is easy. Everything is good shape. But if you have a critical eye like me you will find issues. Hopefully they revolve them soon.”
