“The fact that the beach was in your backyard was honestly the best thing ever. Mere steps and you’re standing in front of the water. So peaceful. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This was an amazing place to stay with my husband and dog, Goliath. I had frequent, pleasant commutation with the host and was really impressed with how clean the space was. The beach is right outside the door and had very few people during ginger (7am-10am and 4pm-8pm) hours. Great restaurants within 10 minutes. No one minded my dog on the beach and there were many dog friendly restraints close by. ”

“Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Norfolk, Virginia, at OV. The room was very clean, exactly as described, and just a very short walk to the beach. We brought our dog, and the area was perfect for walks and relaxing. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again!”

“The pictures are inaccurate.A family was staying right at the deck.The grilling area is in rough shape.I will purchase canceling insurance for now on because of this property.Very outdated.Needs some money put into it.It has good potential but a no thankyou for me.Parking was terrible for me as I had a big work truck.And outdated appliances.Live and learn.”

“It was off season for the water activities but that didn’t change the view or ability for the kids to play in the sand being right on the beach. We were able to spread out in the house as needed. Easy access to I-64”

“We enjoyed this amazing house and property. We got to explore the neighborhood walk across the street to one of the main beaches. Also went to the Virginia zoo and a dolphin sightseeing adventure. We got to eat at the ocean view pier restaurant and enjoy our own cooking of meals. It was a fantastic vacation and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything. ”

“The property was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four adults . Fully stocked kitchen. Also, the beach wagon, towels and umbrella made our visit to the beach much more comfortable. We stayed for five nights. Great location with easy access to the not crowded beach, Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby and in a safe friendly neighborhood.
