“Group of 7 of us stayed for an business strategy and planning retreat. The house is spacious with many comfortable rooms and three really nice group gathering areas. From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. There is wifi at the house, but as a group we found cell coverage very spotty and wifi……

“The property is wonderful and well appointed. Towels and linens you would have on your own home. Peaceful and quiet with deer walking by. Great information about the area. We were there for LU graduation and spent several days exploring the area. Welcoming gifts and a book full on information. Would book again if we were going to be in the area. The hosts were wonderful. ”

“House was easy to find, level spacious parking and had enough room for good adult /kid separation. From my kids “Amazing hot tub & game room”, “really fun pool table & darts”. I was skeptical at first with the extent of decor but the house surpassed expectations. It was clean, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen and toiletries. Super convenient to Bryce Resort. Looking forward to rebooking next year.”

“Wanted a large home for extended family to stay for son's wedding at a winery down the road. Venue was amazing! We hosted the wedding rehearsal dinner there for approx 40 people. Tons of space to set up the buffet in the large dining room. Cindy set up tables for us in the main hall. It was perfect! Cindy was always available to help and answer any questions. This would be a great place to gather the family, a fun couples weekend getaway, a wedding venue... Thanks again Cindy for sharing this……
