“When I checked in to my room, it was not up to par and had a weird smell like something was burning. When I informed the front desk Receptionist Erica- she took care of it right away! She even upgraded my room! Give her a raise! Great customer service!!”

“I was expecting a lot worse actually especially after reading all the reviews but room was cleaner than most other hotels in the area. Check in check was quick and easy. You can't beat the price for the amenities +fully stocked kitchen, location and space. Hotel is near everything. I would stay again. ”

“An improvement would be to install a third elevator in the tower. There were times we had to wait for the elevator longer than we should have, which could be improved with an additional elevator. Also, it would be fabulous to have a door that allows guests to exit the back of the hotel without having to go through the restaurant. This would make access more convenient for everyone.”

“I love that this is a repurposed elementary school! It was clean, roomy for the two of us (and our dogs). Plenty of grassy area. We are notbeer drinkers but the brewery is a great idea and looked like a nice patio to hang out in if it had been warmer. It is also convenient for a quick drive to downtown. We have already referred a friend to this place and would stay again if we return to Roanoke.”
