“House is ok. Nice neighborhood and overall decent home but for the price it leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs, 1 kitchen towel, bathtub was dirty, random old/expired spices and food condiments in the cabinets and refrigerator. Living room is huge, but couch is very small. Downstairs space is huge, but there is no furniture, no towels in bathroom and there is a random/annoying beeping noise coming from what I believe is the garage but you cannot inspect what it as . Also had to purchase wasp……

The house had been redone in the last couple of years, with new bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, flooring, very clean. We could walk to the Safeway, trolley stop, nearby restaurant. “Very nice host! Close to the Metro and RFK Field. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and provided lots of useful information. I will say this house sleeps more of 8 if you have all adults but for us that was a minor thing as most of us weren’t there at the same time so it worked great! We plan to come back to DC next year and this definitely is going to be our first choice! Parking was no problem and plenty of it great location! ”
