“This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. A two bedroom two bath suite at the Wyndham is the same price as a single room at the Gaylord, so much more cost-effective if you are willing to share a suite with someone else. This is the second year in a row that we have done this, as it is only a block away from the Gaylord. The facility was clean, nothing fancy, and easy access to all of the dining options in the national Harbor area. Assuming pricing is about the same, we’ll do it……

“BED BUGS!I checked in, unpacked, pulled back the sheets, started ironing, and saw a bed bug near the pillow. I took pictures, imaged search to confirm my suspicion, then killed it with the iron.No other place to go in the area, I had to accept another room. The next day the hotel let me know they brought in pest control and the "results for bed bugs was negative". I did not appreciate that, it felt like gaslighting.
