“We arrived to a very clean and organized home. Everything was very well explained on the app and on the few things listed around the home. If staying here, check the notebook on the island for notes about the city and home and such, and leave your own! We had an amazing week! Extremely busy, given it was the week of a holiday, but the 4th of July fireworks were amazing and all the shops and such on the boardwalk were fantastic! Everything was very close too. We definitely plan to come back to……

“Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!”

“Property location to Virginia Beach was great! Like a 10 minute drive. While small, its nice having a full size refrigerator, oven, and small kitchen which you wouldn't get with a hotel room. The one drawback is a lack of outlets in the bedroom by the bed. If you use a CPAP machine like I do, and then two people wish to charge their phones overnight by the bed, bring a small powerstrip for extended outlets. Also, the outlets behind the dresser in the bedroom and the outlet in the living……

“I'll begin by saying that we had a fantastic trip to Sea Watch last week. If you're looking for a place to be near the ocean with family and friends, I highly recommend it.The property manager, Cathy, is awesome. Beach houses invariably have issues and quirks. Well, we had an issue with an AC unit and Cathy was corresponding with us at 10pm to help and she had a technician out to fix the unit first thing the next morning. Cathy saved our vacation.The house is better equipped than even what……

“Last minute booking turned into a treat. My husband and I had a private room and my daughter loved sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Unit had everything we needed. We just had to walk across the street to get to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Mr. Garcia (property owner) was great - great communication, suggested restaurants when we asked and allowed us to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost. Water pressure was great, super important to getting all……

“This house was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed including beach umbrellas and chairs that we ended up using due to a storm damaging our umbrellas the first day. Cathy was responsive and courteous. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach is uncrowded easy to walk to and can see it from the house. 10 out of 10”

“Perfect does not cover this property. We had a BLAST! Once we parked the car, we could walk everywhere all week! And they have thought of EVERY little detail, lights on the stairs, long towels, small extra amenities you didn't even know you needed. Keyless entry was so convenient. Communications were very clear from the property management. We had zero problems and would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!”

“House size and amenities were exceptional. Croatan is a beautiful neighborhood with many lovely homes. Enjoyed a very functional deck grill, fully stocked kitchen and some of the beach amenities, especially the chairs. Unfortunate that the beach had heavy seaweed and presence of jelly fish larvae. Made the 5 minute drive to Virginia Beach which was clean of both elements in the water.”
