“This apartment was very close to my meeting location, the running path, and a variety of dining options. It was a pleasant surprise that the convenience store in the basement was well-stocked with every imaginable item. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, had great water pressure in the shower, and a marvelous balcony to relax on. They even provided coffee for the coffeemaker. Issues I had were: the keys were not available a 3:57, only after 4:00 on the dot. Also, the number of emails……

“We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……

“We had a great stay in Arlington—perfect location for exploring D.C., Alexandria, and close to Reagan Airport. “We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.”
