“The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled. They offered me a property for 15 hrs. My original reservation was for 5 days. I ending up declining and driving back home which was a 5 hr drive. Horrible people. “The house was clean, just as advertised, and supplied with kitchen and bath items to make this stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Parking is a little tight on the actual street for those with larger SUV's but the permit parking was wonderful, and I never had a problem finding a spot on the street. The host was phenomenal, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend. ”
