“Looks like the pics. Thankfully we were able to check in a little early. The unit needs major updating and repairs (ceiling cracks, faucets hard to work, etc.) Some updates have been done but needs more. Bland decor from 80s. Would be great to have American toiletries. The view is beautiful and relaxing. It was clean. Pool was freezing and hot tub was scalding. “Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. “This place was so comfortable and cute! It could use some cosmetic repairs but nothing that effects your stay and host was up front about it. It comfortably fit my best friend and our 5 children. Comfortable beds and couch! Host was quick to respond to my questions when asked, check in and out were seamless and the pool and front desk were great. We will definitely be back! ”

“This was our first time doing a VRBO in ocean city. The pictures were beautiful of the condo online and did not disappoint in person. Very cute and comfy. The view was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and washer dryer. The tv’s were big and the beds were firm and comfy. Everything was just perfect for our two day stay. We cooked breakfast in the morning and ate out at night. Text communicating with support responded quickly to anything we asked.I would stay there again for sure. ”

“All in all, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Grand. The bathrooms and carpeting are in need of updates but clean and useable. Some of the advertised food specials at the in house restaurants were not available. The dividers between rooms on the balcony do not provide any privacy or division of space. I would consider this a safety problem. The ocean front view was beautiful. We would stay at the Grand again. ”

“The bathrooms need a lot of updating. The room next to us had guests that smoked on the balcony and you could smell it in our room. We also found that none of the lamps or above bed lighting worked and had to put in a maintenance call. Overall it was fine, the rooms are spacious which is a plus but I wouldn’t pay peak season prices to stay here. ”
