“We had a wonderful time during our stay at Julie’s place! One of the highlights was the private dock access — it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the July 4th fireworks right over the water. We even used the dock as a convenient pick-up point for a boat ride, which added a really fun and unique touch to our trip.The garden on the property was a beautiful surprise, filled with lush plants and peaceful paths to walk through. “We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville. The little yard is fenced in so it was nice to have a private area to let our dog off her leash and the neighborhood was quiet to walk her if needed. It’s a very dog friendly rental!
