“We had a fantastic trip. The house was conveniently located near the amphitheater, delicious restaurants and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! ”

“There were 4 of us who needed a getaway and picked this cute house in St. Augustine. It was just a few blocks away from the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth within easy walking distance. We took advantage of the Trolley for touring. The house was a cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath very nicely furnished and so comfortable. The home had everything we needed, including comfy pillows and throws. We loved the front porch with plenty of seating and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for reading or just talking! ……

He showed me around when i got there and pointed out all the ammenities they provide to make your beach getaway perfect. The local photos adorning walls were taken by one of the owners and are great way to highlight local beach atmosphere. I had a couple of friends ask for information as they were impressed with the accommodations as well.”

“Wow. Perfect location and close to beach. Host was very responsive and the house was such a great beach house. Great stay. ”

“The property was exactly as described. Pictures were accurate. We had trouble getting a key. After a quick phone call, we were able to get a key and were only delayed 3 minutes. The property met our needs completely. ”

“I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We……
