“The property was perfect for a family gathering. The location is great. Walking distance to Publix,the pier, restaurants and the beach. It was great for kids and the backyard playset was so nice to have. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and had the best time during our stay! ”

“This was our first trip to Vilano Beach. David, the house owner was very responsive to every question and need of ours. He even let us in the house 2 hours early! Andy, his property manager, was also very responsive. The street the house is on is very safe and quiet. Because it dead-ends at A1A, suggest you go over 2 blocks to 23rd street where there is a beach access and places next to the street to park your car or golf cart directly across from the beach access. The heated pool was……

“Our stay at Coco’s Cozy Cabana was nothing short of amazing! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The hot tub was a huge plus—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. We loved how close the cabana was to downtown; we were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife with ease.David was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. “Lovely single room in a split level house/boutique inn. Cozy sheets, minifridge, microwave, everything was clean and well stocked. Location is also incredible for the value, you can walk directly to the main downtown drag in 5 minutes! We don’t use many amenities or take up lots if room time when we travel so this was perfect for us.”
