“Clean, close to elevator and gate. Definitely be back around Summer. It was kinda cold, didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beac.”

“Beautiful place! Owners gave us codes to everything we needed. They responded to every text. Not a problem being on 2nd floor with no elevator. My wife who have had ankles surgeries was able to go up and down stairs(slowly), but steady.Location is 2 minutes from beach. Would stay again when in Jacksonville!”

“Love this property, it was perfect for what we needed. It was myself and my wife, and our 4 year old. There was enough room for us, but would not push it beyond maybe another child. It was great to have him sleeping in a separate room that closed off, and to have separate bathrooms. Location is close to many restaurants but the highlight is the beach-ocean view from the balcony and the walkway right next to the building that crossed the dune and right onto a great section of beach. Literally on……

“The place was very comfortable, the shower was warm, towels and bed linens were clean! We had everything we needed and wish we could’ve stayed longer. I loved that there was no shortage of fans because as a person who sleeps with fans there was more than one option and it was lovely! ”

“I was looking for a convenient, reasonably priced place to stay for the week as I was in town for work and didn't want to eat out every night. This is a small place, but it worked for me. It was very clean, I felt safe at all times, was able to cook my own dinners and come back for lunch from where I was working every day. It's also a plus that it's on ”
