“Suppose to travel with my husband and MIL but she got sick and couldn’t go, so just my husband and me. It’s a very short walk to the beach and all on ground level. Drew was very sweet and answered all my questions. The condo is smaller but when you aren’t there very much that’s okay. It gave a homie feel to it when we were there. It was very clean inside and outside. ”

“This is an awesome little apartment and was perfect for my solo trip to Jax Beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, and I felt very safe. It's a quick walk to the beach and right by Neptune Beach with lots of great restaurants and shops. “I stayed here while I was a patient Mayo Clinic and I was very happy with my accommodations. The apt. is tiny but has everything you need. Easy walk to the beach and eats. Easy drive to the clinic. When I had an issue the host quickly fixed the problem. I would stay again.”

“I came down for a long weekend to visit my daughter and her boyfriend who live in Jacksonville. I come down often so I know the area and wanted something near the beach and just something for me this time. I felt safe and liked that I had my own spot for parking.
