“Great communications from host.Nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen tools.The SOFTEST towels.Was attending a conference downtown and everything was easy walking distance.I’m from an urban area so used to downtown type scenario. There were unhoused people around but everyone was very nice. Didn’t feel unsafe walking around but if you are not used to being in a city center you would want to keep on your toes.Would stay again.”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
