“It was an amazing place to stay before our cruise. Near everything and even close to the cruise port.”

In den vier Hotels davor hat keiner nach Dokumenten gefragt. 50 Euro am Strand für zwei Liegen plus Schirm sind nicht gerechtfertigt, darum waren die meist auch nicht besetzt. ”

“I gave this prperty a 4 because it was not up to the standard that you would expect a Hilton property to be. While i understand that the property was/ is under renovations, the chair in our room was serverely stained. The room itself looked liked that of cheap motel and not luxury hotel. Being on the River Front helped but hope that the renovations do a complete overhaul of the rooms and not just the lobby. ”

“The staff was fantastic—very understanding and relatable. I travel with a 'reactive' dog, and it's often a challenge at hotels. However, the Indigo is definitely worth the money. The area is beautiful, and dining and shopping options are within short walking distance. ”

“What intrigued me to the hotel was the fact it had a 8.5 on Expedia for the price of a below priced hotel. I would give at 10. I found nothing wrong with it. Same price as the 4-5 rated hotels in the area. Definitely wouldn’t compare it to an upscale hotel. But definitely very convenient, easy check in/out great price for being very close to downtown Jacksonville. Will definitely be looking at them again if I need a place in the area in the future. ”
