“The room was very clean, but it is brand new
It was hard to cool it. They have a half stove and a full-size refrigerator, but no coffee pot…. Very odd for the coffee drinkers
Also there should be a full length mirror in the rooms ”
“Hotel pretty inside. Room was a nice size suite, clean, comfy beds. Staff was welcoming and efficient at front desk. Parking garage attendant was very professional and nice. Ate at Cinco DeMayo; manager and staff friendly, food delicious. Hotel has Starbucks and a market right in the lobby! Great stay! AC works good. Recommend it highly!😃”

Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again.
Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
