“Staff amazing… room was exactly as described.. it was also off in a corner so no noise or anything. The whirlpool tub wasn’t cleaned good so I did have to clean prior to use but I was going to do that regardless ”

“Everything was great! We left a phone that belonged to my mother who passed away from cancer. It was very special and we thought we would never see it again. We contacted the hotel and it had been turned in!!! They allowed our aunt to stop by and pick up the phone for us because we had made it back to Ga. We truly appreciate the hospitality and great customer service not to mention the empathy shown while speaking to the staff over the phone. The stay was amazing and we will stay again in the……

“I love this property. It was cleaned. The staff was polite and helpful. This is my new go to hotel for when I come to visit Jacksonville. Also, I love the mobile check in and being able to use my phone to enter my room too.”

“The best thing about this hotel in my opinion is the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, and gave us the feeling they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. As a result we did really enjoy our days there. We’d stay here again. We had our pug with us - first time for us to travel with a dog. The hotel, unlike most, does not charge additional fees for the pet to stay. They gave her cute little food and water bowls, I assumed for us to borrow, but they gave them to us at the end of……
