“Everything was great. It was clean, service was wonderful. My only dislike was that we had a reservation for a king bed suite but we got a handicap room and we are not disabled. Because of this we couldn’t take a bath in the room because they had it shower only. Not sure why we got that type of room. Other than that it was great!”

“Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.”

“I had the taco salad in the Landshark bar and it was really bad. The taco meat was cold, the cheese was not melted. You get it. I know it is supposed to be a salad but there was no attempt to warm the parts that were supposed to be heated. Also, the bed pillows were horribly soft, impossible to sleep.”

“This property is dated and in need of some renovation. It is perfectly located on Neptune Beach with walkable restaurants. There is no view of the beach from the first floor, and I suspect not the second floor, either, but it’s a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool area is convenient to all rooms, and a poolside bar / snack facility is adjacent to the pool. ”
