“My mom and I stayed in this property while we were in town for medical treatment. The house was very spacious and could have accommodated several more people than just the two of us. We felt very safe and the neighborhood vibe was very friendly (lots of people walking their dogs, etc.), with well manicured lawns, and very close to the river. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the towels/linens were high quality, which is not always the case. It was easy to check in and……

“We came to Jacksonville for an extended weekend of golf and football. With 4 grown men, this property worked perfectly with its two units with shared spaces. We each had a room, and the ample living spaces accommodated us well. The pool table was a nice touch! The property is in excellent condition, well-furnished and well-appointed in the kitchens and bathrooms. The location is excellent, within walking distance of great bars and restaurants in San Marco making the experience even better.……

“We were unable to stay at this property due to damage from previous tenant. Owner relocated us to a nearby property - much smaller and farther away from San Marco downtown area. Promised a refund of the difference in the two, but nearly a month later, it has not arrived. Also, one week in at the smaller place we asked for a relocation to a bigger property. Eventually they were able to accommodate, but communication was poor and promised timing of replies and information was repeatedly not……
