“Needed place to stay for 5 months before out-of-state move. Apartment would require 7 months plus furniture rental. This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. ”

“We were in town for a quick family visit. The rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The house was extremely clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. “This was our first experience at booking a home to stay in and it was great! Ashley and Chip were so good at answering all our questions. Check in was easy, the house was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbor was nice and quiet, and we were just minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. On our next trip to Jacksonville, we will definitely book with them again!”

“I came down from SC with two 18 year olds, a 17 year old and a 16 year old to see the Gator Bowl. We lucked up on this listing for Jacksonville. Great location, very clean and comfortable house with a super cute backyard/courtyard, where another cottage is. The owner lives next door and was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiry. I hope to have another occasion to come to Jacksonville and rent this awesome house!”
