“Like the Overall Design of my Room, I didn’t like the signs saying not responsible for theft or damage to my Vehicle! For the Price I paid shouldn’t have to Worry about my Vehicle getting broken into but Thankfully nothing Happened and not having a Microwave in my Room was a minor inconvenience ”

“Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.”

“I had the taco salad in the Landshark bar and it was really bad. The taco meat was cold, the cheese was not melted. You get it. I know it is supposed to be a salad but there was no attempt to warm the parts that were supposed to be heated. Also, the bed pillows were horribly soft, impossible to sleep.”

“This property is dated and in need of some renovation. It is perfectly located on Neptune Beach with walkable restaurants. There is no view of the beach from the first floor, and I suspect not the second floor, either, but it’s a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool area is convenient to all rooms, and a poolside bar / snack facility is adjacent to the pool. ”
