“We appreciate everything about this place. The location was perfect especially it's proximity to the beach. Including the beach chairs and towels were thoughtful of the host. We were able to comfortably have 6 people stay there without feeling crowded. It was in a nice neighborhood that we walked around in. Such a nice comfortable stay. The host was also responsive quickly to any of my questions. Thank you!”

“A lovely place to stay! Small but never felt that way with the furnishings and smart storage design. We loved the area, walking distance to 3 different sections with dining and stores. “Our host (Luke) was VERY responsive when we had questions prior to & during our stay. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom, which was nice. The location was good for us in relation to where our daughter moved, but also to the beach, shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“I chose this property for two reasons: the nearness to a friend whose birthday I was celebrating and the price. What I didn’t expect was the pair of cupcakes waiting for me and the amount of communication to make sure everything was going well. "I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
