“This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all……

“I was just disappointed, I thought we had a claw tub in our room according to the internet and called to get some bath salts. I also called and asked about bathrobes. On the phone they were all helpful but the room had been recently upgraded and the claw tub was gone, no bath salts, no bathrobes. Wish the staff had just said we don’t do that so downgraded one star.”

“The shower flooded the bathroom with just one shower...the entire floor! The refrigerator would. Ot work unless we kept the refrigerator open....and the people above us we could hear stomping ...i therefore feel as if it was overpriced!”

“This is our third time staying here! Owner is delightful and goes to every effort to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is beautifully prepared. You can walk to the Cumberland Island ferry and to restaurants. Owner will facilitate a purchase of lunch to take on the ferry. The house is done in a victorian style. Nice front porch for relaxing. ”

“Great staff- everyone was super nice. Wish there were more options for quick breakfast or lunch- like a grab & go ready- made refrigerator sectiion off lobby area.Never found an offering for cereal or yogurt & fruit, for example. That would have been nice. Otherwise, everything else was great.”
