“Very clean nice place to stay. The only issue was its a little noisy. I think we had a whole group of teenagers above us who cut flips until 2 am, so not much sleep for us ”

“Lovely facility with friendly staff & amazing amenities!! The free daily breakfast is like a 5 star restaurant! Everything you could possibly want! Beautiful Lobby, great room, patio with evening firepit, pool, hot tub, courtesy van, walking trail, 2 blocks to beach & Large nicely furnished units with great linens & kitchens!! I would Highly recommend staying there ( we stayed 2 weeks) There are so many things to see & do on Amelia Island…shopping, restaurants, historic places & Clean……

“Very nice boutique hotel situated right on the beach. Great staff, very friendly. We had a small leak in the ceiling in the bathroom from some recent renovation and the staff moved us to another room immediately. Otherwise it would be five stars. I’m sure they’ll sort it out quickly. We really enjoyed the breakfast. And the views are incredible; get an ocean facing room. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We grabbed a hotel room as we were making our way down from North Carolina to Florida as a good halfway point and somewhere clean and comfortable to spend the night. This place was perfect and so reasonably priced! The staff were friendly and the room was very cozy”

“Staff was very friendly, room was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable. The only problem was that the room was too warm during the night. Even with AC set to 65 the room continued to get warmer during the night. Perhaps AC was not working well. ”

“Cassie at the front desk was professional, personable, and very helpful. The hotel itself was clean, safe, and in walking distance of the beach. The room was well appointed and spacious. If I had one concern, it would be the included breakfast. When a food item ran out and guests ask if there was more, they were told yes, but the staff couldn’t put it out until the next day. ”
