“During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. “The location of the property was perfect—very close to the beach and plenty of food options. However, we had booked a two-bedroom unit, but it wasn’t available upon arrival. Instead, we were moved to a single-bedroom setup, forcing the third person to sleep on a makeshift bed that was uncomfortable and too short. Anyone taller than 5’8” would likely struggle to fit on it.”

“Very convenient location for a early morning flight I’d appreciate better information regarding breakfast room and that there’s food stations outside also. Please consider turning on AC in the gym, since it gets very hot and stale air otherwise! The colour of the tapwater when putting water in the bathtub, was not so nice! I enjoyed lovely staff and service, the excellent tapbeer and live music by the pool! ”

“酒店泳池很大很舒適，但無邊際泳池須要另外付費感覺不太好，而且價錢頗貴，不值得。由泳池一直走出去就是沙灘，這沙灘不錯是可以游泳的，而且沙也不算粗，可以在這裡玩一個下午，所以沒時間去Cenang Beach的遊客就索性在這裡玩吧，泳池餐廳BBQ自助餐食物一般。今次被安排在G/F的房間，所以可以從房間直走出泳池，房間的空間是足夠的，但整體感覺也很舊，冷氣不穩定，要不太冷或太熱，房間如果可以翻新一下會更理想。有免費泊車。”

“This property is really one of its kind, nothing commercialised about it. My mom really enjoyed the scenery and how peaceful it is here, it’s great for a relaxing vacation to just take your mind off things back home. It is the definition of slow living here, and learning to appreciate and be in tune with the beautiful surroundings and unique heritage houses. Bonus point being that there are MANY estate cats here who are very friendly and happy to lounge with us in our room everyday. Loved it……

“淋浴和浴缸的防水有點差，水大點就很容易流出去，地面可能不夠水平，或是防水膠和遮片有鬆脫，需要提醒住客，先用地巾和毛巾整理住，以便水溢出難整理。不過整體還算舒服，很一致型的兩人共渡房型。”

“飯店服務很好. 不過房間的霉味很重, 房間裡面濕氣很重. 飯店的餐廳只有兩個, 用餐選擇少. ”
