“並非所有房間均有海景，訂四晚住宿雖然有要求高樓層海景房，但第一天被安排在低樓層望街道及樓宇。與經理爭論被配房間與Hotel.com列明海景房不符，仍要第二天才能換到六樓免强有半海景。最差的是自助早餐，質量一般傾向馬來西亞食品而且天天一樣。”

“度假村很大，不管去哪儿都需要坐车，优点是车辆24小时提供服务，缺点是跟那种出门就是泳池和海滩的度假村比，整体感觉不是很放松。森林里有很多猴子，蜥蜴和鸟类，很有趣。泰国餐馆是观日落的极佳地点，风景很美，厨师也不错。游泳池比较小，人多的时候找不到躺椅。没有儿童游乐设施，小孩比较无聊。我们订了一间大的森林木屋和一间小的。推荐大的。小的实在太小了，很拥挤。在露台上喝茶很舒服。房间空调噪音巨大。想订按摩没订上，可能是圣诞节，人太多。”

“During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice.
