“During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. “周边环境还可以。稍微有点偏吧。然后酒店内部卫生还不错。比较新、干净。4人间房间有点小。放了两张双人床没什么其他活动空间。酒店还有泳池。我们4人去没有别人。感觉包场了。但是泳池比较小。然后可能太过于大自然。水面上有些虫子。。酒店有早餐吃。还可以吧。。服务人员还不错。。基本满意。”

“I am rating this three star only because the hotel staff worked really hard to remedy all the problems we faced other wise this would have been one star. We had reserved a three bedroom apartment for two nights, but everything went wrong from the start, from a non working parking gate key to a broken AC in one of the bedroom. The apartment was also very dated and the floor dusty, probably no one booked it for a long time. Without a working AC in one of the bedrooms we are one bed short so we……
