“Clean rooms, nice view ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

The staff was attentive and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The food throughout the resort was outstanding, but the Black Iron Restaurant was the true highlight—every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury all-inclusive experience……

“I booked a Master Suite so had a large bedroom as well as another room with kitchen, living room with sofa. Two balcony's gave a great view of center courtyard and ocean. Fridge, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave! Super clean suite and great staff! Loved it!”
