“Very good location and good support from the manager”

“This was exactly what we wanted. We were on a family vacation and wanted a condo with a kitchen where we could roam as we’d wanted with a kitchen for any time use. Lilia, our hostess were fantastic and very friendly and helpful! The beach in front is clean and quiet. The pool was a great treat for the kids. After a day in the sun the air conditioned condo was a blessing. ”

“The location was very convenient to the airport and a short bus ride to downtown. The views were as promised. SPECTACULAR!!! The resort is not giant, which is what we like, and has all that you need. The optional all-inclusive was another big draw for us. The host and property manager get 10 stars for their prompt and courteous communication and assistance. They will be seeing us again.”

“So, I would like to write a very honest review , it is a tiny bit critical but overall very positive. The apartment itself is worn(out). A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! Villa Marlin is surrounded by huge and super expensive hotels all up and down the same beach. The condo is much more reasonable than those hotels! There is a shopping……

“We had problems with having hot water, so we took a lot of cold showers. The kitchen faucet and the primary bedroom shower head were broken, so repair guy came by to make repairs 4 days after we had been there. ”

“This was by far the best stay we have ever had. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of from the very beginning. She was the best host. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Having direct beach access from the property was a huge selling point, we didn’t have to worry about not having a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely come back. ”

“The elevator not working is a concern. As I tried to move luggage and water bottles from the first floor. It was very difficult. How the service by Claudia was exceptional. She took care of our concerns quickly and effectively. We also found great transportation from Cun airport directly to Casa Sarita reasonably priced and efficient. ”

“This is our second trip to Cancun. We have stayed both times at Oleo. The staff is very kind and responsive. Having the daily option of purchasing the all inclusive is a great feature. The resort is far enough away from the spring break crowd that you are able to relax and enjoy time away. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will come back again.”
