“The property was beautiful, but like other reviews mentioned the room was not cleaned thoroughly but we managed. The first night one of the showers was not draining, however maintenance fixed it quickly & we didnt have any issues with it the rest of our stay. There is another building being built next door so it was noisy and dusty. The roads going to the property are also extremely rough. They seemed to be working on that while we were there though!! “Our stay at Kiki Tulum was fantastic. We spent six nights there with our two teenage daughters and had an incredible experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The host was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. “El Cantil condos are a great place to stay in Cozumel. We've stayed at this condo resort on multiple vacations and it is our new go-to place on the island. “First time to Isla, won’t be our last. We loved our apartment, the courtyard & the pool. Such a great community of visitors & residents. Would gather and chat in the courtyard daily. Very safe & secure Location was amazing, one block from Hidalgo St., laundry service - 2 blocks away. We were at the beach in minutes. Any of our questions were answered quickly and completely. “Our week in the condo was just what our family of 5 needed. Plenty of sun, day trips and time to just relax by the pool. We had a rental car which made it easy to get around and we drove nightly to enjoy dinner or just walk around on 5th avenue. “The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). “Our family of 5 loved our time here. The owners are fabulous, helpful, responsive and a great team of hosts. The condo is in excellent condition, well kept and very nicely decorated with many accommodation's. The location is close to town, yet felt very private. The beach and snorkeling were excellent. I highly recommend scuba diving from Luis at the Money Bar. We rented a jeep and drove the island. Very safe and loved Coconuts bar along the east coast. But bring cash. We hope to come back next……

“The condo was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the water, right in the middle of the curve of Half Moon Bay. The beach area was very nice with shade and lounge chairs for the condo. Entry to the water was rocky in most areas but could be navigated with care and the snorkeling was excellent. We saw lots of fish, some rays and one turtle. “I guess the reviews are very mixed because of different expectations (and I guess Prices).
We payed under 100usd per night in August 2023 and consindering that it was absolutly fantastic! "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
