We love the location as we can choose to walk to many places we enjoy but yet it is easy enough to hail a taxi too! Our short, quick vacation was packed full of seeing the Island and many of our favorite places. Staying here at Cristal was perfect especially because we made great use and enjoyed our "happy hour" by the pool!! We will definitely be back!”

“20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. ”

“We had seven family members from three generations staying at Casa de Tomas-- it was a wonderful place for all ages, spacious and secure, with individual privacy, swimming, the beach a five-minute walk from the front door. Furnished with plenty of furnishings, abundant bathrooms, kitchen equipment, towels, outdoor equipment that made it welcoming and relaxing for both kids and adults.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in this house. There are many houses here and this was right up front by the pool and the beach. We had 6 adults and 5 little kids and all fit perfectly. The large dining table was so nice to have big family dinners. We hired Karla to cook for us two nights and it was delicious! So nice to have someone cook and clean up for us after long days in the sun. She was wonderful. Alex, our concierge, went above and beyond to help with anything we needed! He texted me a……

“The rooftop deck is amazing because the pool is perfect refreshment. The house was lovely and neat. The only update or suggestion might.be new mattresses and laundry services. The concierge Fernando is super helpful.and responsive. Great stay!”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
