“Overall, this was an amazing trip. At first, I was a little concerned with the area. The house is amazing, but the place on the island was a little scary at first. I assume this is just for protection, but there were a ton of locks on every door of the house. Snorkeling at the beach just behind the hotel was simply breathtaking! Please rent a golf cart! There are so many things to see!!! The owners were really great at being responsive. I cant recommend this house enough! ”

“Very comfortable, amazing views of the ocean, beautiful and safe home. Two couples, we each had our own bedroom and full bathroom. We loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and having coffee on the back porch. We spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. “Casa Paraíso is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself, this little gem you want to come back to! The house is even better in person, and the views are just breathtaking. Everything you need is there, the beds are super comfortable, the pool was our favorite part! Ashley was the sweetest always very reactive before/during our stay, you can feel her love for the island, and it is contagious! Hopefully we’ll be back at Casa Paraíso, we loved Isla Mujeres! “Absolutely amazing multi-level home gave our family lots of space and privacy, while also having an open floorplan with plenty of comfy seating. Perfect location on what we think is the best side of the island for catching beautiful sunsets. “This was our first experience in Playa del Carmen not at an all inclusive resort. The area was very safe and we were able to walk to 5th ave safely. The house accommodated 7 people with no problems. The house was very clean.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time! The lagoon was gorgeous, the home was so comfortable, and communication with staff was great! I would 100% recommend this property, and would love to return! The caretakers are also very kind and thoughtful. In fact, one of sisters brought a hat and the band around it came off. After a cleaning one morning, the hat was repaired even without being asked, which was unexpected and so appreciated! We felt very cared for and welcome!”

“This place worked out perfectly for us. It's in town so walking distance to countless restaurants and a few blocks away from the busy streets so it wasn't noisy. The kitchen looked brand new and everything was nice and updated. Nice pool and lounge areas. We rented a car and scooters so the garage helped. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the property manager. Would stay here again.”
