If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place…think more cottage type with secondhand furniture and accessories. Although it is older, it is clean. What is fantastic is the location. We didn’t need a car because the Taxi stand is right down the street next to the Sandos hotel. You can take a longer walk and head to the street market for some local fare. There is also a bicycle……

“Notre séjour a été un très bon souvenir. Nous avons fêté Noël dans cette maison et avons ouverts les cadeaux sous le regard des singes. Car oui, la maison est au milieu d'une petite jungle ce qui permet aux singes (qui n'appartiennent pas aux propriétaires des lieux, je précise) de venir souvent nous faire un coucou depuis les arbres. Très beau lieu, de très belles personnes (les propriétaires vivent l'étage du dessus de la maison), de très beaux souvenirs.”

“Absolutely recommend to stay here! Carlos is an amazing host! This property is located inside a gated private property so it’s super safe. It was a little difficult to find but our host Carlos went out of his way to go find us. The location is next to Xenses and Xcaret parks truly a hidden Gem! The house is absolutely stunning and Carlos was responded back quickly if we had any questions or concerns , he also took time to give us a tour of the place and made us feel like We were at home,……

“Five stars is not enough! Location location location!!!! Essentially a private white sand beach, crystal clear water, beautiful flora and fauna! Scenery was straight out of a movie. The caretakers were amazing. We came back from a long day on Isla Mujeres and they had picked coconuts from the trees on the property, husked them so that the fresh coconut water could be drunk! Bonus they were in the refrigerator so ohhhhhh soooooo cold and refreshing! Truly next level care for our party of 12!……

“Went here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The staff were very helpful and made it really easy to enjoy ourselves. Only issue is the one bartender overserved to the point where a drink was 3/4 alcohol and 1/4 juice. ”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
