“We absolutely loved our stay in this house. There are many houses here and this was right up front by the pool and the beach. We had 6 adults and 5 little kids and all fit perfectly. The large dining table was so nice to have big family dinners. We hired Karla to cook for us two nights and it was delicious! So nice to have someone cook and clean up for us after long days in the sun. She was wonderful. Alex, our concierge, went above and beyond to help with anything we needed! He texted me a……

“En pocas palabras es un fraude, no tiene lo que ofrece, los muebles viejos, rotos, sucios, igual que la paredes manchadas con insectos pegados, muy cara para lo que es, no tiene lavado, no te hacen la limpieza, la playa no está a lado de la propiedad, el puente que pone es pura basura, los baños no tienen ventilación, no hay ni una jerga para poder limpiar, los sartenes oxidados y sucios, inservibles ”

“Hay un olor fétido, como a agua estancada, en la recámara principal, en las otras dos habitaciones el olor es tolerable, aunque en uno de los baños el drenaje de la regadera es deficiente”

“This was our first time not staying at an all inclusive resort and we don’t plan on ever going back to an all inclusive. The rooms were great and comfortable the pool and beach access amazing. The maid service was incredible and the personal chef was top of the line. The host helped arrange all of the chef services, a boat ride to Cielo, swimming with dolphins, in house massages and transport to the airport. We will definitely be staying again. ”

“Our stay was amazing!!! The house was absolutely gorgeous!! Miguel was so helpful every step of the way. We started planning months ago. He went to the store for us, came by if we had a question, sent me chef options, boat options etc... The beds were comfortable; the house was stocked with everything we needed! “The house is nice, and the location is great! Pros:- All of the bedrooms in the main house have an ocean view- 4 of the 5 bedrooms in the main house are spacious- The patio furniture is in good shape- Access to the ocean and the snorkeling is good.- The staff was great to work with and there were a bunch snacks and waters provided- The garage with opener was nice to have.- They allowed us to checkout an hour late.- location is hard to beat! “Great location for in town restaurants and groceries. Nice privacy for house and pool. On a quiet street. Very clean with modern conveniences but with appealing Mexican decor (not overdone). Super nice manager, Victor, is very helpful and communicative as is the host/owner. We plan to be back!!! Thanks!”

“The property is what I expected but it is difficult to find because of the lack of street signs and no addresses. Even taxi's and shuttles had difficulty finding it. There is a door between the kitchen and the room where the refrigerator is that automatically locks from the outside when closed. I made the mistake of keeping it closed to keep some of the heat out of the house so I ended up being locked in the backyard without keys or cell phone. The door should be labeled as such to prevent this.”

“Our family had a fantastic week at the Queen of Cozumel. We woke up to the most beautiful view from our bedroom that we just had to lay there and admire it for a while: a perfect white sand beach with cushy lounge chairs under palm trees looking out over every shade of blue in the Carribean. We had such a great time playing with our kids and grandkids in the sand, in the ocean, and in the pool.The sunset views from our dinner table on the upper deck will stick with us for a long while! “This is nice little house. It was very clean, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed (only used one) was comfortable. The pool is a big plus. The pool guy showed up about 7am a few mornings to clean the pool, but didn't bother us. The Farmacia Guadalajara a block down the street has many grocery items, enogh to meet our needs. We did not do any cooking, except for the coffee maker, but everything that would be needed is there. Plenty of drinking water was provided. The Casa Mission……

“We liked the location. The area seemed very safe too. The window screens were broken and had large holes. Most nights, while sleeping, we were bitten by a mosquito or two, The master bed sheets obviously had been slept in before we arrived. That is simply unacceptable. Overall, the property needs repairs in many areas. We will not stay here again.”
