“Great staff, nice rooms, three pools plus a beach. Never hard to find a chair. Restaurants were good, Buffett and seafood resterants the best. I am vegetarian and never found it hard to find salads or veg dishes. Entertainment was okay. They had a snorkel tour that left right from the hotel and you can rent a car right from the hotel as well. This was amazing value. ”

“Great property and facilities - it was a blast!”

“Drinks were delicious. The food was good. It was great to have a dive shop connected to the property.”

“I filed several complaints on the app and no one ever reached out. The seafood restaurant was the worst we spent an hour before we got part of our food no one came to get our order until my husband had to talk to someone. We got up and got our own silverware several time. We rented a car and ate out most of the time. This hotel is not for someone with a special occasion this is more of you want just a place to sleep. Service is almost non existent. Grand Park Cancun is by far better. ”

“When we arrived the resort didn’t have our reservation. We had to wait 90 minutes before it was resolved. I had to call Hosteeva multiple times and sit and wait before they found or were given information on our stay.”
