“We stayed in one of the villas and had a great stay! Spacious 3 bed 4 bath unit, super clean, friendly staff and central to everything. A short few minute drive to the beach and coastline. Only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower, but other than that, a great stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are having a great stay!”

“We stayed four nights. Loved the safe quiet neighborhood, rooftop pool, lounges, sunset and sunrise views, the whimsical wall murals, having a kitchen and Netflix. Snorkeled, went birding with Elvis Jimenez, visited the world class museum on the waterfront, and discover 100 Experiences, a delightful culinary exploration of Mexico just next door. “We were in Cozumel for a week and wanted to experience both the resort and home life. After a few days of loud music and busy report life, this beach villa was amazing and a welcome change of pace. Jazmin greeted us, showed us around the house and made us a delicious meal the first night. We basically had the beach and pool to ourselves. Our family enjoyed snorkeling right off the pier. “The Villa was beautifully appointed with rooms that were spacious. We arranged for Chefs (Jorge and Giovanna)who cooked delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. There were several nooks for privacy, and nearby amenities for outdoor adventures or nightlife. Kitesurfers provided thrills daily. The only significant negative was the sargassum that amassed during the visit. Overall Casa Playa was beatiful and relaxing, with an attentive staff. It's a great place for any family or group.”

“My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. It is great spot and it’s about ten minutes from everywhere you want to go. I would stay here again on an extended stay to go scuba diving by myself. The only complaints came from my wife she complained about seeing some ants and the huge thing there was know hair dryer for her to use.PLEASE IF YOU DONT DO ANYTHING GET A HAIRDRYER FOR THE LADIES.She almost ruined my trip over this one thing so I had to go and buy one.This is a great place for short or……
