“Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island. “Jaime was wonderful with his communication and ensuring that any “hiccups” with our stay were taken care of immediately. The pool was consistently clean and the staff were very friendly to us always. We used the futon couch as a pull out for my 10 year old daughter and it worked just fine for her, however it would be uncomfortable for anyone over the age of twelve as it is well worn and lumpy We stay in Cozumel every year for 2-3 weeks and have stayed at several places on the island. “We had an amazing stay at Villa Eden on Cozumel. It was our first time coming to the island and rather than staying at a touristy hotel we chose to stay at a home and it really did feel like a house. Our four kids had an amazing time, snorkeling out front swimming in the pool Jenny and her staff made us beautiful meals every day with fresh fruit and fresh ingredients. “Great location by the water. Snorkeling was great. Having a pool on the property was nice. It is about 10 minutes from the city, so it is nice to have a car for transportation. Inside was spacious and clean. There were air conditioners only in the two bedrooms, but were able to cool the place down. Kitchen had a microwave, toaster oven, large refrigerator and a stove. Overall, it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay.”

“Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too. Francisco and staff provided incredible meals for us, including breakfasts and dinners. We left this place feeling a bit like royalty and would not hesitate visiting again. ”
