“The Security Guard was a wonderful concierge. The condo was very spacious and about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the Kitchen was amply supplied. ”

“This property is beautiful. Wide, clean, full of space and light. The sofas are comfortable—designed to allow people to gather together and linger. The TV is huge. It has a convenient kitchen, a large dining table, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The electronic blinds, ceiling fans on those high ceilings, and ac are wonderful, though we didn’t use much ac. The balcony—wow what a view! Stunning. Ocean and sunsets and palm trees blowing in the wind. The building is very quiet and not touristy……

“Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. The staff outside letting you in and out are very nice, polite and helpful. I felt safe inside the property as a solo woman traveler, but I wanted to be able to walk on the beach at night from my room. I just couldn't……

“Very close to restaurants, coffee shops and the ocean. I was looking forward to using a kettle to make tea, since a kettle was in the description but we were given a coffee maker since the coffee maker in the apartment didn't work. This was an ok apartment for sleeping.The host was very responsive and polite.”

“This property is located right on the main highway and the noise is terrible. It is outside of the gated community with sliding glass doors all the way across the downstairs. The kitchen is horrible with the only counterspace being the center island. The kitchen sink is stuck in a hole and you bang your head on the cabinet Trying to reach in or wash anything with no place to put the things you’ve washed and with no lighting, you can’t even see the dishes washed. The coffee maker was a Nescafé……

“My husband and I visited Cozumel for our first time on an anniversary trip. We love to snorkel, so the location was great with having a rental car. If you do t have transportation, it is a bit far from a lot of the restaurants and action in town. The condo was clean and had all we wanted except for laundry facilities and little things like seasoning, a dishrag or dish towel, a strainer for the small one basin sink for washing dishes, a place to hang dry clothes after the beach etc. They do have……

“Lots of room for the group, family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, lots of room for baby to play in. felt secure in the building and with two large grocery store close by we had lots of choice with regards to groceries. I was also convenient that fishing charters would pick us up right at the private pier. Close walk to downtown with lots of restaurants.”
