“We had a fantastic 4 month stay here. The apartment was very well appointed and clean. Both Rodrigo, the property manager and Julio, the onsite point person were very responsive to our needs. The location is unrivaled. It has a commanding view of the coast complete with frigate birds and pelicans soaring overhead. It is steps from a beach that you have to yourself. Gorgeous crystal clear Caribbean waters. A short drive or bike ride to town. ”

“We stayed in this apartment 6 years ago and when looking for a low stress trip to take from the US it made perfect sense to return to the same location and property we had stayed at previously. Off season, you basically have the pool and the beach to yourself; it is a gem. The property and pool are clean and well maintained. You can walk north and south along the beach for 25-30 minutes in each direction. The area is safe and clean. The town has grown a lot since we were last there; there is now……

“We loved the place, very homey and comfortable! We loved watching beautiful sunrises. The pool area and beachfront is maintained almost daily—very nice. It is a 30 minute (nice beach) walk to Puerto Morelos and to stores, cafes, ATMs so plan accordingly. ”

“My only qualm about this property is that there was not enough communication as to when I would receive check-in instructions, and it took until late in the night of the day before we are arriving, after having to call VRBO, to hear back with the code and directions. It was just a little anxiety provoking. But the place itself is lovely and the property is nice as well.”

“My husband, my bro, his wife + I had a beautiful stay. It’s big enough we weren’t on top of each other, the private courtyard is a shady dream, we used the rooftop patio a lot, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fairly well appointed, and it is the perfect location for us. Plus every time you go upstairs you see the sea! We will definitely book this place again.”

“Casita Blanca is a beautiful, ocean front condo. The view is spectacular and the beach is right out the door. The grounds are tropical and the pool is refreshing and never crowded. Inside the condo, we had everything we needed to relax. We were greeted immediately by the manager, who was helpful and answered all of our questions. When we wanted to stay past check out both he and the owner were very accommodating. The owner answered questions almost immediately. We loved the laid back atmosphere……

“SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. Everything was top notch and was a real treat for a first class getaway. The kids loved the pool and slept well in the airconditioning. Thank you for having us! “We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated unit. Lots of light through all the windows and a good breeze kept us cool. The view is wonderful across the water and down to the pool area, and the large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Arlene, the property manager, and the rest of the Caribbean Reef staff, were friendly and helpful. Thank you Anais and Mario for sharing this beautiful spot and we appreciate all the restaurant suggestions! We hope to return to……
