“The owner had great communication the whole trip. The gated community is nice and quiet. There are stores and restaurants close as well as quick and easy access to the parks. The house is nice, lots of rooms and beds. The pool was a nice touch and clean. We were looking forward to the heated jacuzzi, but it only had jets and stays the same temp as the pool. Overall great property”

“We loved our stay! The rental was clean, had everything we needed, including beach essentials and our host,Kyle, even got us a cooler! But location was the icing on the cake- we could walk to all of the best restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. Kyle was easy to get in touch with and answered questions in a matter of minutes!”

“My husband and our 4 children flew to Tampa for spring break to go to a spring training baseball game and Busch Gardens. This home was in a great location for us. You can tell this is a new property listing on VRBO. The home has been completely renovated, but some things haven't been added for guests. There were a lot of bath towels, but no hand towels and there weren't any trash cans upstairs. There wasn't a toaster or many kitchen items, which was fine because I didn't plan to cook anyway.……
