“From the minute we walked in, until checkout everything was exceptional. Jasmine at the front desk is a joy and is so helpful. She turned a rough morning into a great day!!! The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
