“The room was comfortable. It’s a great place to stay if location is important. The biggest issue we had was lack of storage, but the bed was comfortable and the staff was attentive and super helpful. Parking was a bit of an issue. Their lot is not large and there was a wedding one day so all the spots were taken. There IS a public lot right next to their lot, but it was small and filled up quickly as well. Overall, we would stay here again. ”

“Juan and staff went above and beyond but especially Juan. We had a little hiccup in our room and within moments, Jaun made everything right and then some. “My husband and I decided to do a last minute weekend getaway to our favorite town…St.Augustine. We usually stay somewhere downtown, but this time we wanted relaxation and time away from the hustle and bustle. “If I could give the Inn on the Avenue more than 5 stars, I would give it a 10. Carol was a fantastic hostess and went well above and beyond our expectations. The description on Hotels.com doesn't do it justice. The recommendations for local restaurants, every themed room meticulously designed and the breakfast in the morning making this a 10 star B&B. “What a gem! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. So comfortable and relaxing. Love the overall layout and feel of the property. Wonderful feature with bar/kitchen setting and adjacent coffee station.
