“We had an issue with our first rental (ac went out twice) the staff was extremely accommodating and moved us to an upgraded room, Erika at the front desk was absolutely amazing along with Chantel and Jess. Joseph at the water park was also so helpful and made our time at the pool way more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again solely based on the staff alone!”

“Removing the pool was a negative development. The images of the pool remain in advertisements, and without reading the fine print, it’s easy to overlook this unfortunate change.”

“This place was a Pleasant surprise, we absolutely loved this place. I was a little disappointed as the apartment didn’t match the photos when I booked it was a bit outdated but for the price it was worth it. I enjoyed the wild life l, there was an alligator that lived in the pond by the pool as well as plenty of deer and many over friendly raccoons that would come to the sliding doors. If on the floor level it was important to keep sliding doors closed as the raccoons would come right in. We……

“We only stayed overnight to get on a flight at MCO in Orlando. We wish we could have stayed longer! The associate at the front desk was very helpful in answering our questions. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds. We had a microwave and refrigerator which were very convenient. The pool area was beautiful and if we had time we would have jumped in! The room and landscaping were very clean. I did see a security guard in the evening which assured us the area was safe. We definitely will stay……
