“Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Property We booked a 3-night stay (Friday–Monday) for 16 people. The morning after we arrived, the upstairs A/C—responsible for cooling 6 of the 7 bedrooms—stopped working. “Had a great time. We appreciated that there were strollers there for our use. Lots of dining options nearby.”

“The property itself was nice. Very big, comfortable, cute decor. However, there was an issue with the trash bins that were stored inside the garage (according to the instructions, the bins were to be stored inside/out of sight even though all the other houses had them outside near the garage). The trash containers were NASTY. They were full of maggots and with a fetid foul-smell that made it IMPOSSIBLE to be inside the garage and enjoy the games that were there. “Poor communication. I stayed 2 days without AC, the backyard screen were damaged, the indoor pool was never turned on and the worst of all there was a cockroach on my bed. I really had good expectations for this place but unfortunately the service was not as I expected.”
