“The rooms were clean and relatively quiet, the communal areas were nice and clean. The only thing that put me off was that dog mess was scattered around the grass area. Dedicated rooms should be allocated for owners with dogs.”

“A perfectly decent, clean room with a clean private bathroom in a big house. The carpets are stained. The number of rules to follow is a little mind boggling.”

“Overall a very nice house in a very nice area. TV’s were incredible, Roku TV’s setup with guest access. We found some mold in shower, and a lot of mold on cushions on pool chairs. Major issue was the air conditioning. Owner had the air locked, so lowest you could set it was 74 degrees which is way too hot for Florida. Beds were hard so between the beds and being hot, did not sleep great. ”

“The property itself is nice. Big home with everything you need. It even had toiletries to get you by on the first day or two. I’d just add maybe some instant coffee to help people get going in the morning if they get in late the previous night like I did. The cons with this property were the pool table was missing the triangle, there was no chalk and 2 pool cues were useless. The air hockey table is very rough and scoreboard did not work. The foosball table was missing the ball. I’d would also……
