“Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation. ”

“When I first arrived at check in at 4pm, the cleaning crew was still there so I had to wait over a hour and a half until they was done. So I didn’t get to check in until 5:38pm. Secondly when I finally got in. It was pieces of hair throughout the bathrooms and rooms. 3rd problem was the water in the kitchen sink smelled so bad that we couldn’t even use it. It literally smelled like a dead animal was in the pip line. And the fourth and final straw that did it for my family and I is that we paid……

“The property was everything. The home was beautiful and the clubhouses were amazing! The only problem we had was the pool was dirty and not filtering. But we didn’t let that stop our good time we used the one at the clubhouse.”

“Absolutely loved this property and plan to book it anytime it’s open when we are in the area again. The amenities are great, it’s such a nice clean property with plenty of space. The only thing I didn’t pay attention to is there is a single tv in the living room, none in the bedrooms. But that’s an easy fix, just bring your own if you have gamer kids like me. No complaints!”

“Enjoyed was big enough for everyone. Code didn't work when we got there but they fixed that problem asap. The only down fall of the trip was the pool lights didn’t work so we wasn’t able to use the pool at night for the kids. It was too dark to see. ”
